"FREE" 
Initial Meeting and Proposal
The first meeting is to understand your Company needs, issues and concerns, and the best way to approach them. Should you engage the services of LSH Consulting, this initial meeting is provided at no cost to you.
Project Plan Fees
Project base, or fixed price agreement, works best for longer focused projects that have clear deliverables for a guaranteed not to exceed fee. Each project a plan is developed to outline the steps involved to accomplish the desired results. Based upon this project plan, hours are assigned to each step resulting in an overall projection of hours necessary to complete the original project plan. The benefit to this approach is knowing what the cost will be up front regardless of how many hours are actually required to complete the original project deliverables.
"BEST VALUE" Retainer Fees
A Retainer Agreement package offers 25 billable hours of professional Human Resource consulting at a discounted rate of $2500 ($100 an hour), plus expenses. You can elect to use this time for work on any type of HR project, audit, restructuring, or for on-site/off-site support. The package is in effect for 1 year, or until the 25 billable hours are used up (or renewed), whichever comes first.
Hourly Fees
$135 an hour, plus expenses.
Discounted Fees
Members of the San Joaquin HR Association (SJHRA) and Central California Business Solutions (CCBS) receive 15% discount on all services (with the exception of Retainers and incurred expenses), along with the FREE ONE HOUR initial consultation to discuss your human resources needs and concerns.
Executive Search and Placement of Professionals; and Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Services
These services are provided through my consortium partner in CCBS, The Hire Source (link provided in the left side of this web site).
Training
Generally all types of training and assessments are billed by type, content, and number of attendees, plus cost of materials and mileage.
