Initial meeting and proposal: At the first meeting it is determined if your needs would best be met with an hourly rate, project basis, or on a retainer. Should you engage the services of LSH Consulting, this first hour of the initial meeting is provided at no cost to you.

Project Plan fees: For each project a plan is developed to outline the steps involved to accomplish the desired results. Based upon the agreed project plan, hours are assigned to each step resulting in an overall projection of hours necessary to complete the original project plan. Each project is given a proposal, with the guarantee that the project price will not exceed the project proposal. If after signing the Agreement, the client significantly expands the scope of the work to be done, resulting in additional consulting hours & expense, an Amendment to the Agreement will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.

Retainer fees: A retainer package offers 25 billable hours of professional HR consulting at a discounted rate, plus mileage and project materials costs. You can elect to use this time for work on any type of HR project, audit, restructuring or for on-site support. The package is in effect for 6 months or until the 25 billable hours are used up (whichever comes first).

Hourly fee: $135 an hour, plus mileage and project materials costs.

Executive Search/Placement of HR Professionals: The fee is 25% of the new hire's first year's annual salary. One time replacement free within 90 days from date of original placement.

Training: Generally all types of training and assessments are billed by type, content and extent, plus cost of materials and mileage.
