Mission

The mission of LSH Consulting is to provide high quality, cost-effective human resources consulting services to start-up, small and growing companies who need interim additional staff support and/or outside expertise. To maintain professional, supportive and ethical service at all times, with a commitment to do the right thing while meeting the needs of the Company.

Certified Human Resource Professional

Linda Hatch, PHR is a nationally Certified Professional in Human Resources, with over 25 years of experience in human resources and business management. As an entrepreneur, and a small business owner 4 times, Linda is recognized for her credibility and expertise in building and restructuring HR Departments and their functions. 

Linda’s professional and community involvements include:

Membership and participation in these associations, along with continuing education through workshops and seminars, enables Linda to stay abreast of local, State and Federal issues, and the ever changing rules and regulations of legislation facing companies of all sizes.

Linda is currently on the executive board of San Joaquin Human Resources Association (SJHRA), holding the President Elect position.

Linda is California-certified in Internal Investigations; EEO Investigations; Managing Leaves of Absence, Workers Compensation, FMLA and CFRA; and Training of AB1825 EEO Sexual & Unlawful Harassment; and has successfully completed the California Employment Law and Certification Study Course.
