Consulting is a human resources consulting service
specializing in helping start-up, small and growing business
owners solve human resource issues requiring outside senior
level HR expertise. You receive the benefit of knowledgeable
HR executives, who play a very “hands-on” role in
resolving issues and meeting the needs of clients. LSH Consulting
offers many options for on-site human resources consulting,
from as little as one day a month, to one day per week, to a
few days a week. The clients of LSH Consulting then have the
benefit of an HR executive to interface with management and
employees on all human resource related issues as needed, for
substantially less than providing the same services in-house
with a full-time employee.

human resources consulting services to start-up,
small and growing companies who need interim additional staff
support and/or outside expertise. To maintain professional,
supportive and ethical service at all times, with a commitment
to do the right thing while preserving the rights of employees
and meeting the needs of the Company.

Consulting provides clients with off-site and on-site human
resources consulting services such as customized Employee
Handbooks, Policies and Procedures; Employee Satisfaction Surveys;
Pre-employment and Employee Career Performance Assessments;
Job Descriptions; Audit for FLSA Exemption Rules; Benefits and
Compensation Surveys; Injury and Illness Prevention Plans; and
Audit and/or Restructure of Human Resource Department and functions.
Our client base is provided with professional human resources
consultation; harassment, discrimination and workers compensation
investigation expertise; and a wide variety of training services
including Mandated Sexual Harassment, Safety for OSHA Compliance
and other areas of HR. Clients’ needs are also met in
the areas of employee and union relations.

Linda
Hatch, PHR is a nationally certified Professional in
Human Resources, with over 25 years of experience in
human resources and business management. As an entrepreneur,
and a small business owner 3 times, Linda is recognized for
her credibility and expertise in building and restructuring
HR Departments and their functions. Linda’s professional
and community involvements currently include the Society for
Human Resource Management, the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce,
San Joaquin Human Resources Association, Greater Stockton Employer
Advisory Council, and California Chamber of Commerce. With membership
and participation in these associations, Linda continually stays
abreast of State and Federal issues, and the ever changing rules
and regulations of legislation facing companies of all sizes.
Linda is currently on the board of San Joaquin Human Resources
Association as Vice President Professional Development (including
management of the Annual Labor Law Update Conference), Certified
in Internal Investigations, is a Notary Public of the State
of California and a California licensed Life (Disability &Health)
